The purpose of Fit Girl Fall is to build healthy habits and a sustainable routine, so that you can become the best version of yourself and achieve your fitness goals in the process. Here’s how I’ll help you get in AMAZING shape with this program
FIRST
- There will be a small group of ladies which means you'll get all the accountability you need to succeed.
- I'll be ready to address your questions and concerns via our private Discord chat group!
SECOND
- Bi-weekly check-ins and weekly group-Zoom calls, mean EXTRA support from me and the other ladies in Fit Girl Fall.
- Weekly Zoom calls will be centered around making adjustments to your programing to ensure that you keep the progress up for the entire 8 weeks!
- Bi-weekly check-ins will allow me to fine-tune your adjustments based on progress photos, and by reviewing how your body responds to macros, overall nutrition, and programming.
THIRD
